Miller Formless is pleased to announce the opening of an office and service facility in Genk, Belgium. The facility, led by Frank Casters and Andre Martens, will support Miller Formless customers throughout Europe and other nearby areas.
“Miller Formless has delivered many machines to Europe over our 50 years in business,” according to Bob Grail, President. “Until now, our primary support to our customers was delivered through dealers and other agents. We believe in order to better service our customers, we need to supplement those relationships through a more dedicated presence and faster response. Miller Formless is committed to Europe and this office is the beginning of a more personal relationship with our customers overseas.”
The Belgian facility will be the point of operations to support customers in Europe and nearby areas with field service, parts inventory, machine servicing, rebuilds, and machine delivery.
