Miller Formless Co. welcomes Karan Parikh as Executive Vice President. Under the supervision of the company’s president, Karan will be responsible for Supply chain management, KPIs establishment and management, Optimum utilization of internal production capacities, Procurement strategy, Inventory management, S&OP alignment, Operations Planning and Management of existing product lines, Cash flow Management, overall governance on manufacturing, and HR support.
Before joining Miller Formless, Karan was Chief Operating Officer at Linnhoff. Linnhoff is a leading asphalt and concrete batch machine manufacturer for the world market. Karan spent about 7 years with progressive responsibility in operations management at Linnhoff.
As COO (from Oct 2016), he worked to establish synergies across four business verticals, through business process re-engineering, supply chain optimization and systems implementation to meet the targeted margins for revenue growth. It included overall process and system establishment, planning for new product lines, implementation of manufacturing facility, procurement management and key metrics development and governance. He was responsible for delivering EBIDTA of 25%.
In his role he worked to establish synergies across various business verticals, and aligned S&OP to meet the targeted growth from $6 million to $35 million from FY 13-14 to FY 18-19 with core focus on cost reduction, process setup and improvement on time deliveries.
