We hope all of you are doing well during these difficult times. Our thoughts and prayers are with our leaders, our healthcare providers, law enforcement and government workers who are on the front lines fighting to contain the COVID-19 virus. Like all of you, Miller Formless continues to respond to the COVID-19 situation. Our top priority remains the health and safety of our employees, suppliers, and customers while supporting you and your operations.
On Friday, March 20, 2020, Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker announced a “stay-at-home” order for residents of the State of Illinois. He also permitted certain essential businesses to continue operations in order to preserve public health and safety throughout the State. Under both Federal and State guidelines, Miller Formless is one of these businesses.
Miller Formless is an essential business to both the State of Illinois and the Federal Government. It continues to remain open for business during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Although we have not seen any disruption in delivery the potential for delays is possible. The sales, engineering and accounting teams continue to work normal business hours, however, all person to person meetings are canceled until further notice as well as all facility tours and visits. All onsite customer service and training will be suspended until further notice. This will include all domestic and international travel. We honor this at the request of our nation’s leaders. We will notify you immediately when this changes.
While strictly adhering to all guidelines as set by the CDC, including the implementation of work-from-home policies for some of our employees, Miller Formless will continue to cover the phones and digital lines of communications, conduct manufacturing operations, and ship product. Our goal is to achieve as little disruption as possible and keep you, our valued customer, up and running. Please contact your sales representative directly to discuss orders and appropriate lead times.
